Eagles already have a Super Bowl parade date set

Eagles are one win away from their first Super Bowl victory in franchise history.

According to Kyle Scott from CrossingBoard, the parade if the team wins on Sunday, the parade would be held on Wednesday.

Dates ranging from Tuesday to Thursday have been discussed, but city and event planners have been leaning towards a Wednesday, February 7.

Possible parade routes include a start at Broad and Pattison (with perhaps an event at the Wells Fargo Center), with a trip up Broad Street, around City Hall, before ultimately finishing on the Ben Franklin Parkway in front of the Art Museum. Nothing is set in stone, however, and these details could change.

Back when the Eagles and Patriots played in the Super Bowl in 2005, Bill Belichick read the Eagles championship parade route to his team. That parade, of course, ultimately never happened as the Patriots defeated the Eagles 24-21 to claim their third Super Bowl in four years. Now, over a decade later, New England has a similar opportunity in front of them.
