The Jaguars still have to make some moves to get back on the + side. Remember: These numbers are projections. Teams will cut players or restructure contracts to create more room. For example, the Giants could save $17M in cap space by moving on from Eli Manning. The Ravens saved $10.5M by trading Joe Flacco.
