Seahawks QB Russell Wilson To Donate 300,000 Meals For COVID-19 Relief

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson had a little fun Sunday afternoon.

Sports fans around the country finally had something to watch Memorial Day Weekend when Capital One’s “The Match: Champions for Charity,” kicked off to raise funds in support of COVID-19 relief.

The contest, which was held at The Medalist Golf Club, pitted Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning against Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady.

Prior to the 16th hole, Wilson made an appearance and promised to donate 100,000 meals for each golfer that got their shot within 12 feet of the hole.After three – Manning, Mickelson and Brady – hit the mark, Wilson and Ciara will now be donating 300,000 meals to the COVID-19 relief cause.

So Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara will be donating 300,000 meals to the COVID-19 relief fund.
