Players around the NFL have been forced to get creative when it comes to keeping their bodies in shape during quarantine.
As the saying goes: Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. We’ve seen players like George Kittle turn his garage into a home gym.
But no one has been able to pull of what Rams safety Taylor Rapp has.
Rapp BURNED 10,000 calories with one day-long workout that included biking, running and swimming.
The Rams safety posted a tweet showing his complete workout. He biked 125 miles [103 miles of which was in one ride]. He swam 1.25 miles, then hiked another four miles and ran three more miles.
He burned a whopping 10,521 calories (!!!) after going for 18+ hours.
