Jets safety Jamal Adams has made it clear that he wants out of New York.
He has requested a trade.
He’s posted comments on Instagram.
He’s told people the teams he would welcome a trade to.
He even told a fan that he’s “trying” to end up in Dallas.
According to Rich Cimini of ESPN, Adams wants to play for the Cowboys so much that he might be willing to table extension talks just to end up there.
Adams grew up in the Dallas area and attended Hebron High School in Carrollton, Texas. The Cowboys are among the eight teams Adams would welcome a trade to. He’s also willing to play for the Chiefs, Eagles, 49ers, Ravens, Texans Bucs, and Seahawks.
The Cowboys talked to the Jets about Adams at the trade deadline in October but found the asking price out of their range.
The former No. 6 overall pick has two years left on his deal and the Jets reportedly have no plans to move him.
