Former Cowboys WR Dez Bryant is in Cleveland today and is meeting with John Dorsey and the Browns. It’s his first free agent visit since getting released by Dallas in April.
Earlier in the morning, Bryant was spotted signing a Browns helmet at a Cleveland airport. The Hard Knocks cameras were also there to capture it all.

While in the facility, Dez crashed the team’s radio broadcast, and told Nathan Zegura that he likes the city of Cleveland and thinks he would look good back in orange [Dez wore orange in college with Oklahoma State].
Dez added “We are just trying to work some things out.”
Bryant’s agent, Kim Miale, is with him as the visit with the Browns’ continues. That should indicate that both sides will likely discuss a potential contract.
Bryant has said in the past that he wants to sign a one-year, “prove-it” deal with a contender.
Bryant reportedly turned down a 3-year, $21M contract offer from the Ravens earlier in the offseason. He tweeted last week that he’s waiting to “get right” before signing anywhere.
The Browns still have approximately $53M in cap space, which is the most in the NFL.
A couple of Browns players have already said they’d love to see Bryant join them. QB Tyrod Taylor and WR Jarvis Landry have mentioned that adding Dez would only be good for the team. Cleveland could use another WR after they traded Corey Coleman to Buffalo and Josh Gordon is yet to report to training camp.
The Browns will have their second preseason game on Friday vs Buffalo.
